There have been some updates to Scout Advancement. There is no longer a cyberchip requirement for scout and star rank. It has been replaced by a personal awareness requirement. For scout rank scouts should review the pamphlet on how to prevent child abuse in the scout handbook with their parent and then watch the personal awareness videos.
